Important advice

For a successful application

Among the 10,000 practitioners we have certified since 2006, we regularly hear of difficulties encountered by some of them when applying newly acquired skills for the first time. These difficulties are mainly linked to the reality of a less mature ecosystem in Change Management.

By accompanying these people in their daily lives, we have observed that the situations in which these difficulties appear most often are that of a project with one or more of the following characteristics:

  • Complex nature or impacting a large number of employees
  • Application of an Agile-type project management method

This is why, if your project presents these characteristics, we propose to extend your training with 6 hours of individual mentoring by a Prosci Europe Expert.

This support will help you finalise your change management plan and set in motion its first steps. And if your project takes place in or towards an Agile environment, we will help you adapt it to this project management mode.

The value of this coaching is 1350€.
