During the 3 days of training, you will acquire a wide range of knowledge (models, tools, good practices, lessons learned from 20 years of research, etc.) related to the Prosci Methodology. You will begin to apply them to a project in progress within your company and in which you play a crucial role. At the end of these 3 days, you will have built a substantial knowledge base in change management.
However, some of our certified practitioners report regularly difficulties they encounter while applying all this knowledge in actual conditions.
Some of the most cited reasons are the complexity of the project, a complete program of projects for which they have to duplicate their analyses, or large projects impacting a majority of the company, multiplying the impact analyses.
For others, the complexity lies in the company's lack of change management maturity. Sponsors are unavailable, lack skills, and do not promote change management.
Several clients have already told us about their difficulty in identifying the right entry point in such an ecosystem.
On the other hand, if the project management method applicable in your company is Agile, you will have to adjust the concepts of the methodology somewhat.
